6LACK treated fans to the anti-Valentine’s Day track “Cutting Ties” back in February, and now he’s back with another somber track about him guarding his heart after the demise of a relationship.

At the stroke of midnight on June 22, 6LACK debuted his newest single “Switch” in full after he premiered on The Joe Budden Podcast and teased it on his socials just hours before its official release.

On “Switch,” 6LACK copes with a heartbreak and warns his lady, “If I find out you cheating man, then just know that/I’ma kill you and I hope ain’t no going back.” He’s seemingly dealing with a heartbreak caused by a “small town girl” who became famous and suddenly “had a change of heart” about their relationship, leaving the singer to pick up the pieces.

Earlier this week, 6LACK teased that his sophomore album is complete, although he remained mum about when fans should be expecting the project to arrive. In the interim, the singer is hitting the road with Chris Brown for the Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour.

Cardi B’s new album era is seemingly upon us.

The rapper took to her Instagram Stories to re-share a fan’s post, in which a snippet of an upcoming song is teased. “I ain’t even got dressed / Any L that I took come after YS / Oh man, oh man, oh man, oh man,” she declares on the track. Check out the Instagram Story before it disappears here.

The teasers comes just a week after Cardi’s estranged husband Offset took to his own Stories to encourage the “Bodak Yellow” rapper to drop her new music. In the video, the Migos star is seen bobbing his head and loving the music with a satisfied stank face on, and since the video had no audio, viewers were left to their imagination in interpreting the caption. “Stop being scary and drop the album” it read, along with “s–t goes crazy [fire emoji],” he wrote.

What’s your thoughts on the new viral audio, is it a hit or miss?
